Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in the glass sector. The ideal candidate will prospect, acquire, and manage B2B clients, promoting our premium glass products to architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, and site visits. [1, 2, 3]
- Product Promotion: Educate clients on technical specifications and benefits of company products (e.g., toughened, laminated, DGU, facade, decorative, and architectural glass). [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders including architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers. [1, 2]
- Sales Execution: Handle client inquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. [1]
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture is a strong plus.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven field sales or channel sales experience in the glass, hardware, or building materials industry (e.g., aluminium systems, façades, tiles, plywood).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read basic architectural drawings, understand technical glass specifications, and use CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license, access to a two-wheeler/car, and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹15,944.01 - ₹20,685.51 per month
