Customer Support Executive – Shipping & Logistics
Job Summary
Provide customer support for shipment bookings, cargo tracking, documentation, billing inquiries, and shipment updates. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments and bookings.
- Provide shipment status updates and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with operations, shipping lines, agents, and transporters.
- Manage shipping documents, invoices, and customer requests.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 6 month to 1 years of experience in shipping, logistics, customer service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Excel
