Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with 6–9 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade Android applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor team members, and contribute to architecture and solution design.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Android applications.
- Define and implement scalable mobile architectures and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review code, conduct technical design discussions, and ensure quality delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
- Drive performance optimization, security, and maintainability initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks.
- Support release planning, CI/CD implementation, and production issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of Android application development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Strong experience with Android Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android architecture.
- Deep understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, material design and design patterns
- Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger), Coroutines, Flow, and Work Manager.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, networking, and mobile security practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise mobile applications.
- UPI/payment integrations
- Proven experience in code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to React Native or Flutter integration.
- Knowledge of cloud services, Firebase, and mobile analytics tools.
- Experience working as a module lead or technical lead.
Leadership Expectations:
- Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions.
- Mentor and guide development teams.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical estimations and risk assessments.

- Base location: Mumbai
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
