About the Role
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller (Architecture) to create accurate 3D building models, prepare architectural drawings, and support project coordination using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drafting, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare 3D models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and BIM guidelines.
- Generate schedules, BOQs, and documentation from BIM models.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and support design teams.
- Maintain model accuracy, quality, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, Architectural Draftsman, or Revit Designer.
- Freshers with strong Revit skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination.
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
