We are urgently hiring Senior HR Executive
- Location- Raipur (C.G)
- Qualification- MBA (Human Resource)
- Experience- Minimum 3 Years
- Working Days- Monday- Friday
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in hiring white-collar, blue-collar, and contractual employees.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies for contractual hiring requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve hiring targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR).
- 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Seed Industry will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong sales hiring experience will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements effectively.
