Flymedia technology is hiring a Social media manager. This is a full-time on-site role in Ludhiana. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, developing communication plans, handling content strategy, managing social media optimization (SMO), and writing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and others
- Write captions, posts, scripts, and short-form content aligned with brand tone
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and video editors
- Optimize content for engagement (likes, shares, comments)
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Conduct basic research for industry-relevant topics
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
