Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and references.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Update employee records, personal details, and documentation.
- Issue HR letters such as confirmation, increment, transfer, and relieving letters.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain attendance reports and coordinate with employees for regularization.
- Track late coming, absenteeism, and leave balances.
Payroll Support
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Handle employee queries related to salary and attendance. .
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee concerns and support grievance handling.
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture.
HR Reporting
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, recruitment, attrition, and manpower.
- Maintain HR dashboards and monthly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA-HR or PGDM-HR preferred.
- MBA FRESHER CAN APPLY
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
