We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily activities. The candidate should be bold, active, and good at handling coordination, scheduling, and basic Excel tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
- Coordinate meetings and ensure proper follow-ups
- Handle calls, emails, and basic communication
- Maintain reports and data in Excel (basic formulas like VLOOKUP)
- Assist in day-to-day office coordination
- Take meeting notes and track tasks
- Support in basic admin and operational work
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- 1–2 years of experience as EA / Admin / Coordinator
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Confident, bold personality with active approach
- Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP preferred)
- Good time management and multitasking ability
