Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and interview evaluation)
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (as per roster requirements)
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Joining Preference: Immediate or within 15 days
About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment is hiring an IT Executive to support technical operations and maintain smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across business and customer-facing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS systems, and peripheral devices
- Provide software installation and troubleshooting support
- Monitor and maintain LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Resolve hardware and system-related issues promptly
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain records of IT assets and support activities
- Ensure business continuity through timely technical support
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, software troubleshooting, and system administration
- Experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, or customer-facing operations preferred
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends
- Diploma or Graduation in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline preferred
