Location: Phase I, Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across Injection Moulding, Tool Manufacturing, Mould Assembly, Production and Quality Assurance.
- Coordinate mould manufacturing, mould trials, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Monitor injection moulding operations and improve productivity and quality.
- Inspect components and finished products.
- Support new product development and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and Quality departments.
- Prepare production and inspection documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support across factory operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 0–7 years of experience in manufacturing, injection moulding, tool room, textile machinery or quality.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of mould manufacturing and injection moulding.
- Good English communication. Gujarati and Hindi preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
