Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident candidate who can manage customer communication, telecalling activities, and assist in basic content creation and videography projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in photography, videography, social media content, or creative media production.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support and client communication.
- Call and follow up with interested leads.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Assist in content shoots, reels, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Capture basic photos and videos for social media content.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing team.
- Support social media and content creation activities when required.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or mobile content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
