Hotel Centre Point is looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to manage the hotel’s overall security operations and supervise the security team.
The candidate will closely coordinate with liaison officers and hotel management to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the entire hotel security team
Ensure smooth day-to-day security operations
Coordinate with liaison officers and local authorities when required
Monitor entry/exit points and hotel premises
Handle emergency situations effectively
Conduct regular security inspections and reporting
Ensure proper implementation of fire safety and emergency procedures
Train security guards on safety protocols and discipline
Maintain incident reports and security records
Ensure guest safety and provide professional support during emergencies
Requirements
Candidate must be a local resident of Meghalaya
Prior experience in hotel/security management preferred
Good knowledge of:
Security operations
Fire fighting systems
Emergency response procedures
Safety protocols
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Disciplined, alert, and responsible personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
