The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, invites applications from passionate and experienced educators for the position of Computer Science Teacher (CIE Curriculum).
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science across Cambridge pathways, including IGCSE and AS/A Level.
- Deliver engaging lessons in programming, computational thinking, algorithms, data structures, computer architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare students for Cambridge assessments through effective curriculum planning and assessment strategies.
- Develop lesson plans, learning resources, projects, and practical programming activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely academic support and feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in the CIE curriculum.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and AS & A Level Computer Science syllabi. Cambridge Computer Science emphasizes computational thinking, programming, algorithms, data representation, and computer systems.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and technology integration skills.
Pay: ₹9,684.03 - ₹40,828.57 per month
