Job Summary
We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote Alibaba.com membership solutions to SMEs. The role involves meeting business owners, generating new opportunities, and achieving individual sales targets through field sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
- Identify and meet potential SME customers through field visits.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Present Alibaba.com membership solutions and explain the business benefits to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update all activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
- Submit daily activity reports, visit reports, and sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of required documents and payments.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and meeting customers daily.
- Ability to work independently and achieve individual targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.

- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Number of customer meetings and field visits.
- New prospect generation.
- Conversion rate from lead to customer.
- CRM update and reporting compliance.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
Preferred Industry: B2B Sales, SaaS, Digital Services, E-commerce, or SME Sales.
