Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can think beyond the ordinary and bring out-of-the-box visual ideas to life across digital and offline platforms. This role goes beyond execution — we want someone who can conceptualize unique, scroll-stopping designs, experiment with trends, and push creative boundaries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative content for social media, marketing campaigns, product branding, and internal business needs, while consistently elevating Gokaido’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Content
Design posts, short videos, reels covers, stories, and banners for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Work closely with the marketing team on content planning and execution
Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and communication
2. Branding & Creative Development
Maintain and evolve Gokaido’s brand identity across all touchpoints
Design logos, creatives, and visual elements for campaigns and product lines
Ensure uniformity in fonts, colors, and brand guidelines
3. Marketing & Promotional Materials
Create brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, and hoardings
Design creatives for ads (digital and print)
Support franchise and distributor marketing requirements
4. Product & Packaging Design
Design product packaging, labels, tags, and inserts
Work on mockups and visual presentation of products
Coordinate with production team for print-ready files
5. App & Website Design Support
Assist in UI elements for the Gokaido mobile app and website
Create banners, icons, and visual assets for digital platforms
6. Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with digital marketing team for content execution
Take briefs, provide creative inputs, and deliver within timelines
Handle multiple projects and prioritize based on urgency
Key Skills Required
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools)
Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus)
Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and color
Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visuals
Good time management and ability to handle deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Arts or related field
1–4 years of relevant experience
Experience in social media content design preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Charni Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
