We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our creative organization. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, generating leads, and driving revenue growth while building meaningful client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking and outreach Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
Collaborate with Internal creative and strategy teams to align business opportunity with capabilities
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics
Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and cross selling services

Ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Experience in developing and executing business strategy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in creative industry is a plus
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
