Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs and admission opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance and building strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated on educational programs, admission procedures, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, webinars, and student engagement activities whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Banking, Insurance, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship, or Business Development will be preferred.
