We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while achieving target CPL and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize performance.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or conversion campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Pixel, Conversion API, and Tag Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
