Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support while ensuring a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Manage visitor records, couriers, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings and maintain conference room bookings.
Support HR with interview coordination and administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies , house keeping and ensure the reception area is organized.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Professional appearance and multitasking ability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
