Design Talk is a fast-growing creative platform focused on simplifying design for creators, businesses, and non-designers using tools like Canva and AI. We build impactful, user-friendly designs that help millions create faster and better.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, engaging designs for digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team to bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for:
- Social media (Instagram posts, reels, carousels)
- YouTube thumbnails
- Marketing creatives & ads
- Digital products and design assets
- Work on Canva-based design systems and reusable design styles
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with content creators and strategists to execute ideas
- Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and Canva features
- Optimize designs for performance (CTR, engagement, clarity)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Canva (must-have), Photshop, Affinity, Cavalry
- Good understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout & hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator (optional but preferred)
- Ability to create scroll-stopping thumbnails and social content
- Understanding of content-driven design (not just aesthetics)
- Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
