Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote our real estate projects and financial services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. The role typically involves a mix of field sales, lead follow-up, client meetings, site visits, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Contact and qualify prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate and financial solutions.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and client presentations.
- Promote company projects, loans, insurance, and other financial products as applicable.
- Follow up with prospects until successful closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities .
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred)
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
