Job Responsibilities
- Provide high quality nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the doctors.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries when required.
- Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post treatment care.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain cleanliness within the clinical area.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, reception staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver compassionate care while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
Eligibility
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Age: 25 to 40 years.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
- Freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient focused attitude.
- Good documentation and record keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an ENT clinic, hospital, multispeciality hospital, or healthcare facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with OP, minor OT, and patient care procedures will be an added advantage.
