Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing & Branding
- Plan, create and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms for multiple business units.
- Develop engaging post copies and coordinate with the design team for creative and campaign assets.
- Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns, post boosting and audience engagement activities.
- Track campaign performance, reach, engagement and ROI.
- Build brand visibility through comments, shares, networking groups and community engagement.
2. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute email marketing campaigns using various marketing automation platforms.
- Create compelling email and WhatsApp content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Design user-friendly email layouts following modern UI/UX practices.
- Monitor campaign metrics including open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate and unsubscribe rate.
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
3. SEO & Content Marketing
- Support keyword research, ranking analysis and website performance monitoring.
- Create SEO-optimized blogs, articles, website content and thought leadership pieces.
- Perform off-page SEO activities including backlink building, directory submissions, content outreach and blog promotions.
- Collaborate with website and content teams to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
4. Lead Generation & Marketing Support
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and lead generation campaigns.
- Assist in lead qualification, tele-calling and CRM data management.
- Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing and website channels.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria
Location: Dakhineswar, Kolkata (Preferred). Ability to commuteor planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Communication / Media
Experience: Final YearStudent / Fresher to 2 Year
Work Mode: Full time | Onsite
Engagement Model: 2-3 months of performance-based stipend internship, on successful completion full time employment

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Advanced Excel, CRM and ERP platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing analytics and social media advertising.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Interest in ESG, CSR, Sustainability, Social Impact or Development Sector communication
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
