Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to US-based customers through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or voice process (Freshers may apply).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
