We are looking for a Maintenance Incharge to manage maintenance activities for our Vanilla Processing Unit and the Managing Director's Residence. The role includes machinery maintenance, utility management, electrical and plumbing maintenance, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities
Factory Maintenance
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all production and utility equipment.
- Attend machinery breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Maintain motors, pumps, compressors, electrical panels, generators, and processing equipment.
- Monitor utility systems including electricity, water supply, and air compressors.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
MD Residence Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, water supply, air conditioning, and other household systems.
- Coordinate repairs and service activities at the residence.
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, lighting systems, and security systems.
- Liaise with service technicians and vendors for household maintenance requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping-related maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of machinery, utilities, electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills
