Role Description
We are looking for a Wedding Planning Associate (Fresher) to join our team full-time in Bengaluru.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with backgrounds in Event Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality, or other creative disciplines who are excited to build a career in luxury wedding planning.
You will work closely with senior planners throughout the planning and execution process, assisting with client interactions, décor planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground wedding management.
Key Responsibilities
Wedding Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing weddings from concept to completion.
- Support senior planners with timelines, checklists, budgets, and wedding schedules.
- Coordinate multiple ceremonies and ensure smooth execution.
Client Support
- Attend client meetings and understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
- Help prepare presentations, mood boards, and wedding proposals.
- Build strong relationships through timely communication and attention to detail.
Design & Creative Planning
- Assist in conceptualizing décor themes, colour palettes, floral concepts, stationery, guest experiences, and venue styling.
- Work closely with décor partners to translate ideas into memorable wedding spaces.
- Stay updated on wedding, décor, and lifestyle trends.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with decorators, photographers, caterers, entertainers, logistics partners, and other vendors.
- Follow up on quotations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure vendors are aligned before and during events.
Logistics & Operations
- Assist in creating event schedules and production timelines.
- Coordinate guest movement, transportation, accommodation, and ceremony logistics.
- Help maintain planning documents and vendor trackers.
Wedding Day Execution
- Be present on-site during weddings and related events.
- Ensure all setups are completed as planned.
- Troubleshoot last-minute issues with professionalism and composure.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams throughout the event.
Administrative Support
- Maintain planning documents, budgets, vendor databases, and event records.
- Assist with post-event wrap-up and client feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality, Design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of design principles, colour palettes, and spatial planning.
- Willingness to learn wedding planning and client management.
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or similar tools is preferred.
Bonus if you know Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
