Job Summary
Bajaj Finance is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tamil Voice Process Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers over phone, handling outbound calls, providing information regarding loan and EMI payments, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan or EMI payment reminders.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Update customer information in the system after every call.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in a target-driven environment.
