1. Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment, documentation, compliance, employee relations, and administrative functions related to security personnel and office staff. The role requires ensuring smooth manpower deployment, statutory compliance, and effective communication between management and field staff.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Staffing
- Recruit security guards, supervisors, and office staff as per company requirements.
- Conduct interviews, background verification, and document verification of candidates.
- Maintain a database of available security personnel for immediate deployment.
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower requirements at client sites.
B. Employee Documentation
- Prepare and maintain employee files including:
- Appointment letters
- ID cards
- Police verification
- Aadhar, PAN, Bank details
- Educational documents
- Maintain digital and physical HR records.
C. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to security agencies, including:
- Minimum Wages Act
- ESI Act
- EPF Act
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA)
Prepare and maintain statutory registers and documentation.
D. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain attendance records of guards and staff.
- Coordinate with accounts department for salary processing and wage calculations.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance sheets from client sites.
E. Training & Induction
- Conduct basic training and orientation for new security guards.
- Ensure guards understand:
- Duty responsibilities
- Client site rules
- Safety procedures
- Reporting protocol.
F. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain discipline and code of conduct among security staff.
- Conduct regular communication with site supervisors and guards.
G. Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower deployment and replacements.
- Ensure adequate staffing at client locations.
- Maintain professional relationship with client HR/admin teams.
H. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain HR reports such as:
- Manpower status
- Recruitment reports
- Attrition reports
- Attendance reports
- Submit regular reports to management.
3. Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
- MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
4. Experience
- 4–5 years experience in HR preferably in:
- Security services
- Facility management
- Manpower agency
5. Skills Required
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Strong recruitment and communication skills
- Ability to manage large workforce (guards and supervisors)
- Good documentation and record management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
