We are seeking enthusiastic Diploma in Engineering Trainee (DET) freshers to join our manufacturing team as CNC Operators. This role offers hands-on training and career growth in precision machining and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or grinding) under supervision.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform basic machine setup, tool changes, and adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Conduct routine checks and measurements using gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
- Report deviations, machine issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering (DET).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 year of experience in CNC operations.
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to shop-floor environment.
