Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions at our Rice Processing Plant in Tilda. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and workforce planning to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and office staff.
Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction programs.
Ensure timely manpower availability for production requirements.
Employee Relations
Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Payroll & Attendance
Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration.
Ensure accurate employee data management.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA regulations.
Handle audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities.
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Support training and development initiatives.
Monitor employee productivity and retention.
Administration Support
Coordinate security, housekeeping, transportation, and canteen activities.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Support overall plant administration activities.
Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
5–10 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Rice Mill, FMCG, Food Processing, Agro Processing, or Industrial Plants.
Experience handling plant workforce and labour compliance is preferred.
