Job Description:
KC Overseas Education Consultancy, Guntur, is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Visa Counselor to guide students through the overseas education and visa application process. The role involves handling end-to-end visa processing for all countries, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth application outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad options, including course, university, and country selection
Manage complete visa processing for all countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and others)
Assist students with visa documentation, application filing, and interview preparation
Support admission applications and coordinate with universities
Maintain student records and ensure compliance with visa regulations
Communicate clearly with students and parents regarding application and visa status
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
2 - 3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor / Study Abroad Consultant
Knowledge of student visa procedures for multiple countries
Strong communication skills in English (Telugu is an advantage)
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Ranges between 20 k to 25k per Month
Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory
