Role Overview
As a Junior Analyst – Investor Relations, you will play a key role in evaluating startups, conducting market and investor research, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating with founders and investors. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup evaluation, investment ecosystems, and fundraising processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Startup Screening & Analysis
- Evaluate startup applications across various sectors.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
- Prepare startup evaluation reports and investment summaries.
- Analyze business models, financials, and growth potential.
2. Investor Research
- Research and maintain databases of Venture Capital firms, Angel Investors, Family Offices, and Corporate Investors.
- Identify potential investor-startup matches.
- Track investment trends and sector-specific opportunities.
3. Investor Outreach & Coordination
- Support communication with investors and ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate investor meetings and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain records of investor interactions and engagement.
4. Fundraising Support
- Assist in reviewing pitch decks and fundraising materials.
- Support startups during fundraising preparation.
- Track fundraising mandates and investment pipelines.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate records of startups, investors, meetings, and fundraising progress.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for internal review.
6. Startup League & Ecosystem Support
- Assist in startup evaluation for accelerator and incubation programs.
- Support cohort management, demo days, pitch events, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for startup engagement activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of startups, venture capital, and fundraising is an advantage.
