Job Title: Telecaller / Counselor
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services, counseling prospective customers, and converting leads into admissions or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make and receive phone calls professionally.
- Counsel customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update call records and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Previous telecalling or counseling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
