Customer Support Executive
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping users and solving problems. In this role, you'll support customers via chat, email, and phone, guide them through our invoicing and payments software, and ensure they have a seamless experience. You'll work closely with the product team, continuously learn about the platform, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with users via chat, email, and phone to resolve product-related queries and issues.
- Master all features of our invoicing and payments software to provide accurate and efficient support.
- Create and maintain support documents, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for user reference.
- Collaborate with the product team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with users to enhance their product experience.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi for verbal communication.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Proficient in typing and comfortable handling phone calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
