We are hiring Branch Manager - Angamali
KLM Assets Fin is hiring experienced Branch Manager having minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in any Chits Company . The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
Candidates from Angamali and immediate joiners are preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the branch
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets for new chit subscriptions
- Build strong relationships with existing and new subscribers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor timely collection of chit installments from subscribers
- Coordinate with field staff to improve collection efficiency
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Motivate the team to achieve branch targets
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies
