What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure
Actively identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and meetings
Deliver persuasive, value-driven sales presentations to decision-makers
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and pipeline data
Handle negotiations, objections, and pricing discussions effectively
Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and offerings
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B / sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Comfortable handling high-pressure, target-driven environments
Strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Fluency in English and Hindi
Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage
