*Job Responsibilities:*
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding and induction
- Maintaining employee records and databases
- Handling employee queries and concerns
- Coordinating training and development programs
- Assisting in policy implementation and compliance
- Preparing HR reports and analytics
*Requirements:*
- HR or related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,480.25 - ₹21,097.15 per month
