We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executives / Academic Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students and helping them choose the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding online and distance education programs.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into admissions while achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure smooth enrolment.
- Stay updated on university offerings, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and counselling sessions as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
