Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, qualifications, and role fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- MBA graduates or candidates currently pursuing an MBA are not eligible.
- Must be willing to work from our Pune office.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking with candidates over phone and video calls.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.
