- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and scheduling follow-ups
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Manage the support staff
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
