About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growth team. You will be responsible for building targeted prospect lists, running high-converting cold email campaigns, and maintaining clean, structured data pipelines that fuel our sales engine. This is a hands-on execution role — ideal for someone who loves research, thrives on outreach, and takes pride in data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and build targeted prospect lists using data scraping tools
● Design, write, and execute cold email sequences
● Manage and enrich lead databases — ensuring accuracy, deduplication, and up-to-date contact information
● Track, analyse, and report campaign metrics (open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, conversions)
● A/B test subject lines, email copy, and sending schedules to continuously improve performance
● Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
● Maintain domain health: monitor email deliverability, manage DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and rotate domains/inboxes as needed.
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales development
● Hands-on experience with cold email tools (Gmass, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
● Proficiency in data scraping tools (Google, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Apify, or similar)
● Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and inbox placement
● Experience managing and cleaning large prospect datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM
● Ability to craft personalized, concise, and compelling cold email copy
● Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign dashboards and drawing actionable insights
● High attention to detail in data hygiene and workflow documentation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
