Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic Cyber Security Trainer in Lucknow. You will design and deliver high-impact training while providing expert consultancy to strengthen corporate security systems. You will serve as an expert bridging theory and industry practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum & Training: Design and update comprehensive training modules. Create engaging, hands-on lab exercises, real-world simulations, and case studies.
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions for students and corporate professionals. Adapt your delivery to suit different learning styles, ensuring high knowledge retention.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in core security domains, including Penetration Testing (VAPT), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS/IPS), Incident Response, and Vulnerability Assessment.
- Consultation & Advisory: Provide professional consultancy to organizations to enhance their security posture. Offer expert advice on risk management, policy formulation, and security best practices.
- Assessment: Develop robust methods to evaluate participant progress and provide actionable feedback to help them improve.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to keep our training programs aligned with global industry standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity training and/or consultancy.
- Strong hands-on experience with security tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, and Nmap.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to solving security challenges.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
