We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for dealer acquisition, building strong partnerships, and driving business growth in the used car ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with used car dealers and develop strong business relationships
* Onboard used car dealers for Spinny’s partner auction platform
* Handle field sales, lead generation, and business acquisition activities
* Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer networks
* Coordinate with dealerships and manage partner relationships
* Ensure complete ownership of leads and onboarding process
* Willingness to travel within the city and outside the city as required
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Vendor Onboarding
* Experience in Used Cars / Automobile Dealership industry preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with extensive field work
* Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented approach
* Startup experience will be an added advantage
