Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Possess in depth knowledge of product
2.Build, lead, and manage multidisciplinary project teams focused on client specified requirements - projects may include planning, engineering design, construction, and financial management deliverables
3.Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects
4Demonstrated 10+ years experience within a civil infrastructure environment
5Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or be eligible to obtain registration
5Demonstrated strong technical report writing skills
6Direct project team compliance with contract terms, schedule, budget and quality objectives
7Monitor schedules, financial status of projects and quality control on projects
8Collaboration - Demonstrated capabilities in leveraging the strengths and talents of a large team of civil engineers including local office assets of the firm, assets from other offices and assets from subconsultants, many based in locations other than the primary job site
8National Capital Region (NCR) Experience - Has demonstrated success in working through challenging, multi-party stakeholder and team issues on the execution of civil/site design projects in the NCR
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience as Admin Manager
