Job Summary
The Junior Project Engineer will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HVAC projects. The role includes coordinating with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Engineer in day-to-day project execution.
- Supervise HVAC installation work at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily work reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.
- Maintain project documentation, including DPRs, checklists, and site records.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support project testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Resolve basic site issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Travel to project sites whenever required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
