Job Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's employees, customers, visitors, property, and assets. The role includes monitoring premises, controlling access, preventing theft, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Security & Safety
- Protect company property, employees, customers, and visitors.
- Monitor all entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, and security incidents.
2. Access Control
- Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Maintain visitor entry and exit records.
- Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Inspect bags and vehicles when required according to company policy.
3. Surveillance
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Report any suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
4. Emergency Response
- Assist during fire, medical, or other emergency situations.
- Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
- Support evacuation procedures during emergencies.
5. Compliance
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Report security risks and recommend corrective actions.
6. Customer Service
- Greet and guide visitors professionally.
- Provide directions and basic assistance to customers and employees.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- Additional certification in security services is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, commercial, industrial, or hospitality security is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
