Noven Digital is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales operations, manage teams, generate business, and drive client conversions for Digital Marketing & IT Services.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end business development activities
- Manage and guide the sales team
- Generate leads and close client deals
- Develop sales strategies and business growth plans
- Handle client communication, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve overall team revenue targets
✅ Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing / IT Sales
- Experience in managing sales teams and business targets
- Strong B2B client handling and conversion skills
- Good understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Website Services, Branding, and Lead Generation
