Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Office Admin / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with general office support duties to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic office administration and documentation
- Manage phone calls, emails, and office records
- Perform data entry and maintain files/documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings and office coordination
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Serve tea/coffee and assist staff/visitors when needed
- Handle photocopying, printing, filing, and courier tasks
- Purchase office supplies and run office errands
- Support staff with day-to-day office requirements
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to handle both office admin and support tasks
- Prior experience in office administration or office assistant role is a plus
