We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the UPSC Counselling Team
- Monitor daily counselling activities and admission conversions.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Handle escalated student and parent queries professionally.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates through CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure high-quality counselling and student satisfaction.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in education sales/admission counselling.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in team handling or sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
