About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to the Board Advisor who can serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, think critically, manage multiple priorities, and ensure seamless coordination between the Board Advisor and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be capable of thinking beyond execution, understanding business priorities, and proactively driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Act as the primary point of coordination for the Board Advisor.
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and executive priorities.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives.
- Represent the Board Advisor professionally while coordinating with senior management.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with department heads and senior management to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Track project progress, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and monitor execution of action points.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare detailed MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research as required.
- Analyze data and present meaningful insights to support management decisions.
- Create and maintain Excel trackers, business reports, and operational documentation.
Presentation & Documentation
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, client discussions, and board reviews.
- Draft professional emails, business proposals, reports, and official correspondence.
- Create business documents, SOPs, process notes, and presentations on behalf of the Board Advisor.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend process enhancements.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
- Ensure deadlines are met through continuous follow-up and coordination.
